A Few Questions That Get Asked!
Q. I want to get my place painted. Where do I start?
A. Grab the phone and give us a call or better yet drop an email to [email protected]. Bob will discuss what you're project is with you and help you along with any questions or concerns. We work with you individually.
Q. After getting your quote, we found your fee much lower than any other company. So much lower that we were wondering if this is a sign of lesser quality work and products?
A. Not at all! We are able to charge a more economical rate because we simply keep our expenses way down. We don't have the expenses of handling a thousand things. We don't have a van with nice lettering. We don't have 30 ft. ladders. We don't have expenses that a lot of paint contractors have. We operate out of a small office, laptop and cell phones. We work one on one. Our business is based on quick turnover and economy for our clients but with good quality. Our references should back us on quality. And we have a good handful! Q. I have to get my own paint? What else?
A. That's it! Half the fun of getting your place painted is the challenge of picking out the colors and type of paint. This way you choose and pay what YOU
want. We'll help you out in consulting what you may want as well. If you are simply putting on a neutral overcoat for a rental or office, we have no problem helping in discounts of certain colors and paints! As far as other supplies to get the job done, we bring them with us at no cost to our clients.
Q. Do you do any major wall repairs or cabinetry work?
A. We do not have the necessary equipment it takes to do a lot of this work properly so we avoid it. Another way we keep our prices and costs down. However, we can recommend or farm out the task for you if you do not want to bother with it.
Q. What is your service area coverage?
A. We service the Triangle area of Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex, Chapel Hill, Clayton, Creedmoor, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Holly Springs, Knightdale, Morrisville, Zebulon, Wake Forest, Willow Springs, Youngsville and some surrounding areas. Q. Do you charge for mileage?
A. No, we do not currently charge for mileage as long as you are within 20 miles of the downtown Raleigh area. Our services are offered at a flat rate fee. If more than twenty miles a small fee is incurred to make up for triangle travel time. Our rates still remain much less than others.
Q. Do you do commercial property, rentals and offices?
A. Sure! Rental property turnover is our bread and butter actually! A new coat of paint to give your investment a nice boost in appearance! Whether you are renting, selling, moving in or moving out, we can set you up with a reasonable quote and get the job done in no time!
Q. What are your billing terms?
A. Our biggest hit is the crew per day fee! Our references back it up big time! Basically we charge less and get more done....In a day!
Q. Why is your invoicing and agreements done via email?
A. Because it is the most cost effective, efficient, and earth friendly way to bill.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. As of now we only accept cash, local checks and bank transfer Zelle which we highly recommend! We may take credit cards again soon. We do not accept Paypal!
